Cuttlebug Sandwich Link

Aside from her spelling of "Sandwhich" this is an AWESOME post on the cricut website if you're interested in using other brands of dies and embossing folders. Of course it's use at your own risk and I have read many posts where the b-plates have cracked or broken. I haven't tried any out personally, but will keep you posted with my results when I do! I got an amazing deal at AC Moore on back-up plates for 65% off! I can't wait to try Spellbinder's Nestabilities ("Nesties"). I also got some Sizzix embossing folders that are used with their Texture Boutique machine but I think they're like the Cuttlebug folders and don't require any adjusting.

Santa Card

I don't think Santa is actually quite so bling-y! There are 3 ribbons layered. Santa was stamped and then colored in with markers and then stickled. Stamps from Inkadinkado.

Holiday Cards

The cards come in a pack from DCWV and are glittered. Paper strips from My Mind's Eye. Tag die cuts are from AC Moore- comes in a pack of 30. Season's Greetings stamp by Inkadinkado, snowflake is rubber stamp from Michaels 2 years ago. Stamped the inside with sentiment as well.

Birthday Card

The papers are from DCWV and I inked the edge of everything- gave it a really finished look. I stickled the happy birthday. Layered the ribbon with a strip of cardstock. The base of the card is shimmer cardstock from Recollections (from Michaels- my favorite cheap pack)and the inside insert is also inked in purple. Rubber stamp from local SB store.

Robyn, The Pink Stamper Link

Here is the link to my fav blogger, Robyn... she's awesome! I googled help with the Cricut Expression when I first got it.... and found Robyn's videos on You Tube. What a life saver!

And here is the link to the video that started it all for me! Warning: Robyn's videos are addictive!!! You'll see that my cards are modeled after hers- I love that she has a formula that is pretty much fool-proof!
